No Class on September 4th

Hey Zumba lovers!

The Senior Center is closed on Saturday, so we will not have class.
However, don't forget Sarah Nelson has her class at Folly Beach Baptist Church 9:00 AM on Saturday mornings!
She would LOVE to have your energy up in that room (I know I always do).

Oh, and if you're interested, she just got 3 classes a week at the Jewish Community Center in West Ashley!!!  Yay, Sarah!

Still have class on Thursday, so come on out!

St Francis Zumba Class to benefit the Heart Association

Looking forward to doing the "Introduction to Zumba" class at St. Francis Hospital tomorrow.
There are about 75 signed up and the class is full.

I'll give them the very best I can and hope to make them smile and move with passion!
