At our Thursday night class, the Senior Center took photos for marketing .... It's not easy to photograph MAGIC!!!!

"Intro to Zumba" Special Benefit for the Heart Association

On August 4th, I will be teaching an "Intro to Zumba" class at St. Francis Hospital and all proceeds will benefit the American  Heart Association team "The Loose Cannons".  Suggested minimum is $10.

Time:  5:15-6:15 PM
Location:  St. Francis / Mall Classrooms

Zumba Series at Kiawah!!

I'm psyched about bringing Zumba to Kiawah!
If you know any residents who want a little taste, I'll be teaching an Introductory class on 7/16 (Friday morning at 10:15); and then AQUA ZUMBA on 7/23 at 9:15!

Maria Graham will teach the PiYo and Zumba Fitness classes on 7/30 and 8/6, respectively.
She's fantastic and will make all the Zumba world PROUD.
